Welcome to the Soulful Sister Circle, a sacred space where Black women gather to embark on a journey of self-discovery, self honoring boundaries, and radical acceptance of self. Within this sister circle, we invite you to explore the “good girl “persona, becoming bolder, making better decisions, amplification of your authentic voice, and the art of asking for what you truly desire.
Program Highlights:
Nurturing Healthy Boundaries: In this circle of sisterhood, we delve into the delicate art of setting healthy boundaries in our families, friends and with partners. Learn to honor your needs, protect your energy, and create relationships that nourish your soul, while finding the perfect balance between giving and receiving.
Cultivating Unshakable Confidence: Let the power of sisterhood uplift you as we take steps toward unshakable confidence. Discover the beauty in embracing your unique self, celebrating your accomplishments, and radiating self-assurance in all aspects of your life.
Decisiveness and Empowerment: Empowerment is the result of conscious choices. Through reflective discussions and empowering exercises, we'll guide you in harnessing the strength to make decisions aligned with your true self, leading you to a path of self-empowerment.
Amplifying Your Authentic Voice: Your voice holds the key to your authenticity. Engage in heart-centered dialogues, creative expressions, and transformative exercises that will liberate your authentic voice, enabling you to communicate your desires, dreams, and truths with unwavering confidence.
Assertiveness and Owning Your Desires: Within this sacred sisterhood, we empower you to ask for what you want with assertiveness and grace. Explore techniques to communicate your needs, set intentions, and manifest your aspirations, all while supporting one another on this empowering journey.
Facilitators:
Guiding your path of transformation are compassionate and experienced facilitators who resonate deeply with the experiences of Black women. With empathy and cultural sensitivity, they create a safe and supportive environment for your growth and self-discovery.
Format:
The Soulful Sister Circle convenes weekly over a span of 8-10 meaningful weeks, offering ample time for self-reflection, practice, and integration. Our virtual gatherings preserve the intimate sisterhood connection, ensuring accessibility and flexibility.

The Soulful Sister Circle warmly welcomes Black women of diverse backgrounds, generations, and life paths who are ready to embrace their authentic selves, express their desires with confidence, and embark on a journey of empowerment. Whether you seek to amplify your voice, strengthen your boundaries, or confidently ask for what you want, this circle is your sanctuary.
Group sessions are offered in the Fall, Winter and Summer offered on-line.
