Managing ADHD, Behavior issues, and life transitions such as; bullying, divorce, and being different can be a lot for a young person. It can also cause a lot of stress for parents who are navigating work and balancing life at home. I’m here to help. My name is Trinity and I specialize in helping young people find their way, managing anxiety, and depression, and feel comfortable overcoming the shame/anger of being bullied, feeling of abandonment when parents separate, and being okay to be different. I help my clients feel more confident and learn new skills that allow them to excel in school, in friendships, and at home.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who loves working with adolescents, young adults, and couples. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from The University of Georgia and my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University. I also help young people with life transitions; New mothers, career transitions and stressors of managing family life.
Transitions and growing don’t have to be a struggle. I use a variety of tools to connect to young people in different ways. My work moves them out of low states of being into feeling more worthy and grounded. Getting support doesn’t have to be like a call from the Principals, it can be engaging, fun, and solve problems so you can get back to enjoying life. I don’t believe in a cookie-cutter one size fit’s all therapy approach. I’m here to help you connect deeply with your inner voice and honor your needs.
In my spare time, I enjoy good food with family and friends, catching up on my current Netflix show, and traveling anywhere with a beach.”
